Deadline for mail in Registration is 9/12/2011

Late Registrations will be accepted online only.  Preferences such as golfer names & preferred golfing groups may not be accommodated as the Van Patten Golf Club needs to prepare for the event in advance.

The last date for late registrations is 9/10/2009 and must be entered ONLINE ONLY and payment must be paid on the day of event by 1 PM.

Please note: Donations to the Clifton Park Republican Committee are not deductible for income tax purposes.
