Deadline for mail in Registration is 9/27/2010

Late Registrations will be accepted online or by Fax only. 

Preferences such as golfer names & preferred golfing groups may not be accommodated as the Van Patten Golf Club needs to prepare for the event in advance.

The last date for late registrations is 9/10/2009 and must be entered ONLINE ONLY and payment must be paid on the day of event by 1 PM.

Walk in Registrations on the day of the event will be placed in Any Foursome unless you are coming with a complete group of 4.
